Daily Itinerary

Day One
Transfer from Halifax Airport and hotels to the shores of the Anapolis Basin, where you can watch the sun set into the sea. Bike fitting, welcome reception, and dinner.
Day Two
Cycle through historic Bear River, taking time to visit one of the many fine artisan studios in the morning. Explore Annapolis Royal and one the finest rose gardens in Canada, the Annapolis Royal Historic Gardens. Tonight, history comes alive on a candlelight tour of the Garrison Graveyard. (50 km or 70km)
Day Three
Following the gentle shores of the Annapolis Basin, our ride takes us past a country museum with Georgian antiques to the original European settlement in the New World, the Port Royal Habitation. A longer cycling option provides views of working fishing ports on the Fundy shore.  Dinner on your own. (25 km, 50 km or 65 km)
Day Four
Set out into the heart of the Annapolis Valley on a riverside rails to trail cycling route, through fertile farmland.  Options take us over more challenging terrain to sweeping vistas of the Bay of Fundy.  Tonight we stay at the family run Falcourt Inn, dining on premises. (40 km, or 80 km)
Day Five
We wend our way through fields and orchards to the bustling university town of Wolfville. Take a break for a roadside pic-nic courtesy of your guides, and a dip in a lake.  Tonight we dine at Tempest, one of Nova Scotia's finest establishment, and stay at the renowned Blomidon Inn (50 km or 75 km)
Day Six
Cycle touring at its finest, through a web of quiet country lanes to the farming village of Canning, up to a scenic look-off, and back in time for a tour of local wineries.  Our farewell dinner is at the classic Acton's Grill. (54 km or 78 km)
Day Seven
A pre-breakfast ride takes us along 17th century dykes from Grand Pre to Wolfville. Late morning transfer to Halifax Airport or hotels.
